All products are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped. The Company does not provide financial services, investment advice, legal counsel, or any regulated professional services.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Certain features of our Services may require you to register for an account. We do not guarantee that our digital products will achieve any particular results for you. The outcomes from using our e-books, courses, templates, and other products will vary depending on individual effort, skill level, and application of the materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cartvex Digital, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the Services or any products procured using the Services, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Services or any product.

You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Daviess County, Kentucky for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
